Quick Tips for Using These Tools
Combine Tools
Use the Pomodoro timer with brown noise for maximum focus. The timer creates urgency, the noise blocks distractions.
Start Small
If 25 minutes feels too long, try 15 or even 10. Any focused time is better than none!
Actually Take Breaks
Use the break timer and MOVE. Scrolling your phone during breaks actually makes focus worse.
Body Doubling Works
Even if it feels weird at first, having someone present (virtually counts!) dramatically improves task initiation.
